The EZLN's flag is a 4:7 dimensioned (approximately, I have seen 2:3 and 1:2 variations) of a plain black field and a five-pointed regular red star in the center. I have seen it on several occasions in Mexico and is described in several songs by Rage Against the Machine, such as War Within a Breath.

As described by Dennis Fyck.

About the last message about the EZLN, let me tell you the correct name in Spanish is "Ejrcito Zapatista de Liberacin Nacional".
The "official" flag or at least the most-used flag of the Movement that started to operate on 1 January 1994, is black charged with a red five-pointed star above the movement initials, also in red.
There are several variations (single red star over black; Zapata's face and initials, etc) and information published at FLAG REPORT by Mr. Jaume Oll.
